    Dianna graduated from the University of Auckland in 1994 with a BA/LLB. Since then she has practiced in civil litigation with a particular focus on negligence and insurance law, having worked for private law firms and as an in-house solicitor for two major insurers.

    Her experience in insurance work involves providing advice on contractual issues, defending a wide range of insureds - from tradespeople to professional consultants - at District and High Court level, and bringing recovery actions on behalf of insurers. Dianna also has experience in accident compensation law, having acted for ACC as counsel on the accident compensation appeal circuit.

    Dianna's current practice focuses on construction litigation, primarily acting for owners of multi-unit apartment complexes in leaky building litigation.
