Brearn Winter

Brearn graduated from the University of Canterbury in 2022 with bachelor’s degrees in law and criminal justice and was admitted as a barrister and solicitor of the High Court in 2024. Before joining our litigation team, Brearn worked at a general practice firm in its property and private client team.

She joined our team in 2026, where she works on body corporate disputes and debt collection matters.

Brearn brings strong communication skills and a client-focused approach, which she developed in her previous roles. She is continuing to build her experience in litigation while working alongside clients to help resolve disputes practically and effectively.
